Gilda’s Club Kansas City’s free program of support is funded entirely by the generosity of individuals, local businesses, corporations and foundations. All funds raised stay right here in Greater Kansas City. At various times during the year, Gilda’s Club Kansas City hosts special events to provide an opportunity for donors, members, and interested individuals to support and learn more about Gilda’s Club. Our community partners and other supportive friends may also host other events on our behalf. Below are some previous and upcoming fundraiser events.

Golf Fore Gilda

 
 
 

Our 2022 Golf Fore Gilda event is on Monday, July 18 at Oakwood Country Club.

Join us for a day of golf to help raise funds for Gilda’s Club Kansas City! The format will be a four-person scramble. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams. Registration/bag drop/complimentary light breakfast will start at 7:30 a.m. Shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. and lunch/awards following golf play.

 

Spike Out Cancer: a volleyball tournament to benefit Gilda’s Club Kansas City, will be held on Saturday, July 9, at Volleyball Beach. Don’t miss this amazing event!

Teams will be divided into three competition levels and all ages are welcome!

Throw Pink, an annual disc golf tournament, will take place Saturday, Oct. 8, at a local disc golf course. This fun event always sells out fast!
Proceeds benefit Gilda’s Club Kansas City.

 

Every Pair Matters

 
 

Every Pair Matters Breast Cancer Awareness 2nd Annual Fun Shoot was held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Powder Creek Shooting Club in Lenexa, KS. Event was hosted by the Powder Creek Ladies League. They raised over $17,000 in 2021 and over $5,000 in 2020! All proceeds benefitted Gilda’s Club Kansas City. Photos from previous events.
