Qigong - December 6, 6-7 p.m.

Join acupuncturist, Lindsey Perkins for an hour long introduction to Qigong. Qigong is comprised of simple movements using deep breathing in order to move the energy smoothly throughout the body. It is known to help reduce stress, balance the immune system and help with chronic fatigue.
