Bernadette is a licensed professional counselor in Missouri and Kansas, a certified clinical trauma professional and a certified K-12 school counselor in Missouri.  She has spent almost a decade working within the academic environment supporting, empowering, and challenging students, families, and faculty members. Her work is dedicated to blending trauma-informed practices with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to help create supportive environments for all. She is motivated in supporting the work of Gilda’s Club while serving the Kansas City community.
